The independence is the keyword of the FICADEX network culture. The warranty of this independence is also the will to wait on the general interest, according to FICADEX. The quality of information is a vital element for an economic democracy to function correctly. It accounts for the basis of the FICADEX's policy, in accordance with the strict standards of independence, integrity, and codes of ethics. As for FICADEX, the accountability is the only pledge of an actual free will.
Ultimately, FICADEX means of independence are able to respond to the needs of its customers, abiding by its ethical codes.

Quality

The quality of expertise and the constant research of an improved efficience in the execution of our missions constitute key-priorities of the FICADEX network. The quality is assured by the way of harmonising processes and work methods of our network, notably by a peer review system. Concerning the quality, the policy is established on a pattern of references and efficient revision standards, in accordance with the international standards and practices :

• The sectorial and technical competence of our teams
• The independence towards customers, the reverence to the professional secrecy vis-à-vis information
• The acceptance of missions that can be carried out according to the standards of a quality practice
• The anticipation of the inspection mission risks
• The appraisal of the processes quality and the preliminary control, before the accounts revision
• The use of advanced techniques of verification (Information system audit, statistical sampling...)
